It has been 3 1/2 weeks since Beanie’s ‘incident’. The stitches are out and her hair is growing back. She was running up and down the steps without thinking twice, until this past weekend. She tripped when going down the steps and rolled down. I don’t think she got hurt since she got right up, but now she just sits at the end of the steps and waits for someone to help her. We are working on getting over that fear. We took her for a walk to our neighborhood park the other night and she loved being out, but got tired easily. Her daddy had to carry her. Once at the park she enjoyed walking, or should I say hopping, around.
While we have the old Beanie back, she is different. She is more loving and cuddly and just down-right adorable!
beanie, great to hear you are feeling so good. really sweet picture of you and your sister. stairs can be scary, but just take it slow…do you have carpet on the stairs?? keep being cuddly, it’s really helpful in boosting the ‘treat allocation’…
